How to Get Involved
Team Building Blanket Making Event (Virtual or In-Person)
Our events are great for any company looking to give back and promote team building! We provide F&TY blanket kits with a special video message patch allowing each blanket-maker to send a video message for the recipient. Our event can be done remotely on your own, virtually via video call, or in-person with or without a F&TY team member. We can ship blankets to team members and locations anywhere around the country OR world to connect your group for a great blanket-making experience remotely. Every team member can receive a return label for easy post-event blanket collection, and all blankets are then delivered to kiddos in the hospital.

Sponsor A Community Make A Blanket Week
Our “Make a Blanket Day” and “Make a Blanket Week” events started as a local community event and has now grown to be held in multiple cities throughout the year. It is a multi-community event that engages thousands of people either blanket-making in one day at one location or with a drive-thru event over the course of a week working virtually. Current locations include: Novi/Walled Lake and Rochester.

Our annual golf outing, “Playing a ‘Round’ for the Kids,” is held annually and brings 120+ working professionals and sponsors from various industries together to support kids in the hospital and have fun on the course.

Community Partners Grant
Our warehouse process would not be the same without the help of our many community partnerships with various local organizations supporting young adults and adults with varying physical and cognitive disabilities. These groups come twice a week and help keep production moving forward by prepping blanket kits and performing other critical warehouse activities.

Hospital Delivery Cart
Help us provide consistent support to our hospital partners by sponsoring a blanket delivery cart for a floor. We recognize your support of $10,000 with your brand/logo on a hospital blanket delivery cart, an interview on our podcast, our signature silver partner sign, and social media and website promotion.

Sustainable Materials Fund
In response to high demand for our blanket kit and the large upfront cash needed to purchase raw materials, we fundraise gifts of $5k, $10k, and $20k+ for our sustainable materials fund. Donations to this fund have are able to be multiplied by 2.5x with our sustainable program revenue-based model.
